"In case of failure to make the full delivery within the time specific above, a penalty of one-tenth (1/10) of one percent for every day of delay shall be imposed."

Payment Terms: Full Payment upon Inspection and Acceptance
1. Monthly Billing Statement will be submitted after the service of snacks on the 2nd regular board meeting of each month.
