Description : 1.The Mabini Water District, through the Internal Cash Generation intends to apply the sum of Two Million Seven Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Pesos Only (P 2,799,000.00) being the Approved Budget Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement and Delivery of Pumps and Motors/PB No. 2026-002. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.The Mabini Water District now invites bids for Procurement and Delivery of Pumps and Motors. Delivery of the Goods is required within thirty (30) calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within two years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders). The Mabini Water District will purchase the said materials on account and will pay within six (6) months.
