Description : DENR-Environmental Management Bureau RIII invites all eligible suppliers to quote on the following:

INVITATION TO BID FOR Procurement and Delivery of Portable Gas Analyzer for Methane (CH4), Sulfur Dioxide (SO2), Nitrogen Dioxide (NO2), Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S), Ammonia (NH3), Volatile Organic Compound (VOC)

1. The DENR-Environmental Management Bureau Region III through AQMF (SAA) No. CO-24-06-010 intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Ten Thousand Pesos ( ₱ 510,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PBD-GOODS-2025-001. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DENR-Environmental Management Bureau Region III now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by ninety (90) calendar days.
