Procurement and Delivery of Parade Uniforms for the
2025 Palarong Pambansa
1. The Department of Education Region -IX, through the Government of the Philippines intends to apply the sum of One Million Four Hundred Eighty Nine Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Pesos (Php 1,489,250.00) being the total Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement and Delivery of Parade Uniforms for the 2025 Palarong Pambansa with Project Identification Number 2025-03-079. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Education Region -IX now invites bids for the Procurement and Delivery of Parade Uniforms for the 2025 Palarong Pambansa. Expected completion of delivery of the goods/services per item is detailed specified in Section VI. Schedule of Requirements and Section VII. Technical Specifications of this bidding documents.
