undertake a Small Value Procurement for the PROCUREMENT AND DELIVERY OF THE
OFFICE SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT for FY 2026 in accordance with Section 53.9 of the
2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.
