Description : Invitation to Bid for Procurement of and delivery of Medicines for year 2025

1.The Local Government of Tago, Surigao del Sur, through the Bids and awards Committee and through the budget Approved Budget of the Sanggunian for year 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Thousand (being the Approved budget for the Procurement and Delivery of Medicines for year 2025 under framework agreement . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2.The Local Government of Tago, Surigao del Sur now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Procurement and delivery of Medicines is required by under Framework Agreement meaning the item that will be delivered will defend upon the call-off of the PE from receipt of notice to proceed. Bidders must have a completed project of the same kind for within two years and must have a direct store engaging in business. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
