1. The OCCIDENTAL MINDORO STATE COLLEGE (OMSC), through the Trust Fund - CHED IDIG FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Six Million Nine Hundred Twelve Thousand Three Hundred Fifty Pesos and Eight Centavos (Php6,912,350.08) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT AND DELIVERY OF ICT SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF RESEARCH DATA CENTER FOR SIX (6) CAMPUSES FOR OCCIDENTAL MINDORO STATE COLLEGE under project reference no. OMSC-PBD-GS-2025-14. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
