Procurement and Delivery of ICT Equipment for Upgrading of Campus Network Infrastructure

1) West Visayas State University-Lambunao Campus, through the Fund 164/Income intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Seventy-Four Thousand Six Hundred Pesos Only (Php1,974,600.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement and Delivery of ICT Equipment for Upgrading of Campus Network Infrastructure. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The West Visayas State University-Lambunao Campus now invites bids for Procurement and Delivery of ICT Equipment for Upgrading of Campus Network Infrastructure using the Competitive Bidding. Delivery of the Goods is 45 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, at least 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
