1. The Department of Education Region IX, through the Government of the Philippines (GOP), intends to apply the sum of Thirty Six Million Ninety Four Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (Php 36,094,500.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement and Delivery of DepEd Computerization Program (DCP) Package: Smart TV Package (STV) - Rebid. Bids received in excess of the ABC per lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
