Description : BARANGAY WESTERN BICUTAN, through the BARANGAY ANNUAL 2026, intends to apply the sum of SIX HUNDRED FIFTY-FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 655,000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT AND DELIVERY OF CUSTOMIZED GARMENTS FOR VARIOUS PROGRAMS/ PR NO. 2026-01-0098 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

BARANGAY WESTERN BICUTAN now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by March 20, 2026. Bidders should have completed, within THREE (3) YEARS from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
