Description : The Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System Regulatory Office (MWSS RO), through the 2025 proposed Corporate Operating Budget intends to apply the sum of Five Million Nine Hundred Fifty-Two Thousand Five Hundred Thirteen and 60/100 Pesos (Php 5,952,513.60) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Analytical Services for Water Quality Monitoring Program 2025 - Rebidding (RO-PG2025-001-EPA). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The MWSS RO now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the required services shall be up to 31 December 2025. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
