1. The City Government of Cagayan de Oro, Non-Office - Peace and Order Development Program - OMOE - Cultural Sensitivity Training for Peace and Order Development (Cont. Allot. 2023) (SB2-2024) intends to apply the sum of Five Million One Hundred Eighty Four Thousand and 00/100 Pesos Only (PhP5,184,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of AM Snacks and other items; PR No. 24-4989 dated October 30, 2024; SN 402 - 2024. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
