I. BACKGROUND

The Bureau of the Treasury Marinduque Provincial Office is seeking to procure one (1) unit of Air Conditioning Unit (ACU) to be installed in the main working are of the office to ensure a conducive working environment. The procurement will follow the guidelines established by Philippine Government Procurement Reform Act, and will be posted on the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGeps).

II. OBJECTIVES
