The Bacong High School, hereafter referred to as the Procuring Entity, through the General Appropriations Act FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Twenty-Six Thousand Pesos (Php 126,000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to eligible payments under the contract for the Procurement of Air Conditioners to be Installed in Administrative and Faculty Offices. Request for Quotation (RFQ) received in excess of the ABC per lot shall be automatically rejected at RFQ opening.

The Bacong High School, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), now request you to submit a Request for Quotation for the above-mentioned project.

A Technical Specification and Schedule of Requirements for the items are provided.
