PROCUREMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The Approve Budget for the Contract (ABC) is Php: 99,875.00
2. Source of Fund: Municipal Agriculture Office Fund C.Y 2026
3. Price Quotation should be inclusive of the 5% Final VAT and expanded withholding tax (EWT) of 1%
4. Price quotation shall be valid within Seven (7) calendar day from the deadline of submission of RFQ.
5. Evaluation of the quoted price will be conducted on a “basis/per item.
6. Delivery period is Seven (7) Calendar Days from receipt of Notice of Award/PO.
7. If awarded the contract, processing and payment shall be made within ten (10) working days after complete delivery and final acceptance of the items.
8. Refusal to accept an award maybe ground for imposition of administrative sanctions under Rule XXIII of the Revised IRR of RA 9184.
