  Description : 1) The City Government of San Fernando, La Union, through the General Fund CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Seven Hundred Forty Nine Thousand Two Hundred Seventy Pesos (Php7,749,270.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot/item as detailed below. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2) The City Government of San Fernando, La Union now invites bids for the Procurement of Agricultural Supplies. Delivery of the Goods shall be in accordance with the Delivery Schedule under Section VI (Schedule of Requirements). Bidders should have completed, at least Three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.   3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
