1. The CITY GOVERNMENT OF ALAMINOS, PANGASINAN through the Special Purpose Appropriation intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Thirty-Eight Thousand Five Hundred Fifty Pesos (Php 838,550.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS FOR SUPPLEMENTARY FEEDING PROGRAM OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF ALAMINOS, PANGASINAN. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
