INVITATION TO BID FOR PROCUREMENT OF AGRICULTURAL MACHINERIES

1. The Municipality ofDivilacan, through the intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Forty Two Thousand Pesos (P 242,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Agricultural Machineries Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
