SOURCE OF FUND: OLF

1. The Provincial Government of Davao Oriental through the Bids Awards Committee (BAC) intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY-SIX THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FORTY PESOS (Php156,440.00) being the Approved Budget for Contract (ABC) payments under the contract Procurement of AGRICULTURAL EQUIPMENT use for Shoulder Vegetation Control of Selected Concrete Provincials Roads, District I and II Province of Davao Oriental. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid opening.
