Description : Procurement of Agriculture Drone Services
with the following specifications:
238 hectare
Drone Services for the clusters of CAMBI Rice Cluster, St Isidore Rice Cluster, TAGMAN Rice Cluster, ASIC Rice Cluster and BILTTA Rice Cluster (Direct Seeding/Broadcasting, Fertilizer Application, Crop Care Management/Spraying)- minimum of five (5) services per hectare.
Including Pre-Flight Activities
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
During the opening of Request for Quotation (RFQ), the offeror shall submit the following:
1. Certificate of Public Convenience & Necessity (CPCN) issued by the Civil Aeronautics Board (CAB);
2. Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems (RPAS) Operator Certificate (Commercial);
3. RPAS Registration Certificate (Drone Unit);
4. RPAS Controller Certificate (Drone Pilot) sanctioned by the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP);
5. Drone Spraying Operator (DSO) accreditation from Fertilizer and Pesticide Authority (FPA); and
6. Has designated drones for specific packages being offered to avoid cross-contamination
