(CPCN) issued by the Civil Aeronautics Board (CAB);
2. Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems (RPAS) Operator
Certificate (Commercial);
3. RPAS Registration Certificate (Drone Unit);
4. RPAS Controller Certificate (Drone Pilot)
sanctioned by the Civil Aviation Authority of the
Philippines (CAAP);
5. Drone Spraying Operator (DSO) accreditation from
Fertilizer and Pesticide Authority (FPA); and
6. Has designated drones for specific packages being
offered to avoid cross-contamination
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
