Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR the Procurement of Agricultural Chemicals (Short of Award)

1) The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office 13, through the CORN NEP 2026 intends to apply the sum of the following being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office 13 now invites bids for Procurement of Agricultural Chemicals using Competitive Bidding. Delivery of the Goods is required Thirty (30) days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, at least Five (5) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
