1. The BARANGAY GOVERNMENT OF PAYAGAN EAST, through the Provincial Government of Cagayan approved by the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Fifty Five Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy Four Pesos & Seventeen Centavos (P 255,774.17) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Project Reference No. 05-2024 - Procurement of Aggregate Base Coarse for the Improvement/Rehabilitation of Javier Street. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The BARANGAY GOVERNMENT OF PAYAGAN EAST now invites bids for the fabrication, supply and delivery of the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within thirty (30) days from the receipt of the Notice To Proceed.
