1. The BARANGAY GOVERNMENT OF CABAYU, through the Provincial Government of Cagayan approved by the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Fifty Seven Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Five Pesos & Ninety Two Centavos (P 357,755.92) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Project Reference No. 04-2025 - Procurement of Aggregate Base Coarse for the Improvement/Rehabilitation of Barangay Along Urayanza Farm to Market Road. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
