The National Development Company, through the Bids & Awards Committee, invites bids for the public bidding of the project specified below:

The eligibility check/screening as well as the preliminary examination of bids shall use the non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria. Post-qualification of the SCB or LCB shall be conducted. The contract will be awarded to the Bidder with Single or Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid who was determined as such during the post-qualification process.
