PROCUREMENT OF AGENCY-CONTRACTED SECURITY SERVICES FOR CAMPUS PROTECTION AND SAFETY OF SOUTH COTABATO STATE COLLEGE

1. The South Cotabato State College, through the FY 2026 NEP, subject to approval of the FY 2026 GAA, intends to apply the sum of One Million Eight Hundred Forty-Eight Thousand Pesos Only (Php 1,848,000.00), being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Agency-Contracted Security Services for Campus Protection and Safety of South Cotabato State College with SCSCBD-12-2025-11-1264. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The South Cotabato State College now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the goods is required for the period from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
