Description : 1) The Department of National Defense (DND)/Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), through the AFP GAA FY 2024 Capital Outlay Continuing Funds intends to apply the sum of ONE BILLION ONE HUNDRED FOUR MILLION PESOS (PHP 1,104,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for AFPNET Core Network Infrastructure and Cybersecurity Enhancement Project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The DND/AFP now invites bids for the procurement of AFPNET Core Network Infrastructure and Cybersecurity Enhancement Project using the Limited Source Bidding. Delivery of the Goods is required within two hundred seventy (270) calendar days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed by the supplier. Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
