Specifications:
Fabric - Cotton with collar and button (Men's Cut Polo Shirt)
Navy Blue Color with white accent on the collar and sleeves part of the shirt.
"Deped" should be written on the left chest area and "School-Based Feeding Program" is written under it (Annex A). It should be embroided not printed.
Delivery
It should be delivered with in 30 days after the reciept of the Notice to Proceed
All items found defective must be replaced within 7 days upon delivery.
