• Bids must include production and sample item, delivery charge, VAT, and inclusive of all applicable taxes
• Please see attached sample photo for reference.
• All aforementioned requirements are understood to be a minimum specification or equivalent. Higher or better specifications may be offered, and are acceptable, as long as they are within the ABC.
• The suppliers shall produce one (1) sample based on specifications. Issuance of NTP and contract shall be based on CPD CALABARZON-s End-user confirmation of the compliance to specification.

Delivery period: Ten (10) working days upon approval of sample.
