The Clark Development Corporation, through its Purchasing Division (PD), invites suppliers/manufacturers/
contractors to send proposal for the hereunder project :

Prospective suppliers/manufacturers/contractors should have experience in undertaking similar with the
proposed project. Post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted.

All procedures shall be governed by the pertinent provisions under Section 53.9 of R.A. 9184 and its
implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR) and guidelines on Small Value Procurement (GPPB
Resolution 09-2009 dated November 23, 2009).
