Invitation to Bid for the Procurement of additional safety personal protective equipment (PPE), individual emergency kit and safety tool for PICC employees

1. The Philippine International Convention Center (PICC), through the Approved Budget for CY 2025, intends to apply the sum of EIGHT HUNDRED SIXTY NINE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS ONLY (Php 869,500.00), VAT Inclusive, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF ADDITIONAL SAFETY PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE), INDIVIDUAL EMERGENCY KIT AND SAFETY TOOL FOR PICC EMPLOYEES. (PICC APP 2025-MC-01). Bids received in excess of the sub-ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
