Description : 1.The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF MARCOS, through the GAD FUND intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED ELEVEN THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED PESOS (Php 211,700.00) for the PROCUREMENT OF ADDITIONAL MEDICINES FOR THE USE OF DIFFERENT BARANGAYS.

2. Delivery of the Goods is required to be delivered within Thirty (30) Calendar Days after the receipt of Purchase Order.

3. Request for Quotation must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat through manual submission at the BAC Office of Marcos, Ilocos Norte on or before May 26, 2025/2:00 P. M. Late RFQ shall not be accepted.

4. The technical specification of items is provided in the attached RFQ.
