1. The COMMISSION ON ELECTIONS (COMELEC), through its Regional Bids and Awards Committee
(RBAC) will undertake Small Value Procurement and invites interested entities to submit their Price
Quotation for the Procurement of Additional Floor Mounted Air Conditioning Unit for the Office of
the Regional Election Director, Caraga Region as per Purchase Request No. 25-08-1435, with the
following details:
