The Local Government Unit of Luba, Abra through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), will undertake Procurement of Good & Services for the PROCUREMENT OF ACCOMMODATION MEALS AND SNACKS FOR THE CONDUCT OF EFFICIENT MANAGEMENT OF EMERGENCY OPERATION CENTER TRAINING with an approved budget for the contract (ABC) of Two Hundred Fifty One Thousand One Hundred Sixty Pesos (Php. 251,160.00).

The procurement will be undertaken through Small Value Procurement in accordance with Section 34 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009.

In accordance with the Terms of Reference, please accomplish, provide correct and accurate information and submit the duly signed Price Quotation Form (Annex “A”) in a sealed envelope not later than 10:00 AM of August 11, 2025 at the Office of the BAC Secretariat, Municipal Building, Poblacion, Luba, Abra.
