Description : ACCIDENT GROUP INSURANCE FOR STUDENTS A.Y. 2025-2026 AND EMPLOYEES
Coverage: The Insurance Policy shall cover 26,860 students and 1,389 employees of Tarlac State University
TERMS OF REFERENCE:
1. Accidental Medical Reimbursement, Accidental Death/Disablement, Burial Benefit: Death due to Infectious diseases caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus: Medical expenses reimbursement for accident cases involving unprovoked assault or murder and of similar nature; Partial and Total Permanent Disability.
2. Separate Cash Assistance for natural death
3. Daily Cash Allowance (45days max.) for accident confinement and all kinds of sickness confinement and other natural calamities.
4. Emergency Cash Assistance (Fire and Earthquake) one-time only
5. Common Carrier (Double Indemnity); With Motorcycle Coverage-whether a passenger/operator/pillion of any 2, 3, 4, or more wheeled motorized vehicles, CGL (Comprehensive General Liability), and Parent or Guardian Extended Coverage parents or whoever is surviving, or the surviving designated Guardian.
