1) The San Lorenzo Ruiz General Hospital (SLRGH), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) 2026 intends to apply the sum of One million four hundred sixty-three thousand seven hundred seventy-five pesos only (Php1,463,775.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement for ABG and Electrolytes Analyzer Reagent (compatible with NOVA Biomedical Stat Profile Prime machine) (SLRGH IB 2026-009). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
