I. PROJECT
Procurement of A4 Special Papers with DOT letterhead

II. SERVICE PROVIDER MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Supplier/Service Providers must be Philgeps registered.
• The supplier must be duly established in the Philippines and have experience producing and supplying the items, and at least three (3) years of service to ensure reliability and product quality assurance.
• The Supplier must deliver the products to The New DOT Building, 351 Senator Gil Puyat Avenue Makati City.

III. SPECIFICATIONS:
• Letterhead, A4 w/ DOT Logo (Center) 108 reams
• Size: A4 Size - 8 ¼ x 11 ¾
• Printing Color: Full Colors
• Paper: Master Smooth (Specialty Paper)
• Paper Color: Pale Cream
• Stock: Bookpaper 90/110gsm
• Process: Offset Printing, One side print with Gold Stamping @ DOT logo.

IV. PROOFING
The supplier must provide a sample within Eight (8) calendar days of receiving the approved Purchase Order (PO) for the end-user's final approval two (2) calendar days before mass production.
