Description : Invitation to bid for the procurement of 9mm Cartridge Ball Ammunition (FMJ) - Military, Police, and Traffic Supplies Expenses

(Public Bidding No. NPTI MPATSE 2025-22)

1.The National Police Training Institute, through the authorized General Appropriations Act (GAA) for FY 2025 (RA No. 12116) dated December 30, 2024, intends to apply the sum of Six Million Four Hundred Twenty-Six Thousand Three Hundred Three Pesos and Twenty-Four Centavos (PhP6,426,303.24) as the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the Supply and 9mm Cartridge Ball Ammunition (FMJ) - Military, Police, and Traffic Supplies Expenses. Bids exceeding the ABC shall be automatically rejected during the bid opening.

2.The NPTI now invites bidders to submit bids for the above-mentioned Procurement Project. The delivery of the goods must be completed within forty-five (45) days from the receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders must have completed, within the last two years, a contract similar to this Project.
