METALLIC RAW MATERIALS

1. The Department of National Defense/Government Arsenal (DND/GA), through the General Appropriations Act and DBM-Approved Multi Year Contractual Authority for FY 2024, intends to apply the sum of FOUR HUNDRED SIXTY-FIVE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED FIFTY-FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (PhP465,555,000.00) for the Procurement of 914 Metric Tons Metallic Raw Materials (DND/GA-MRM-MYCA-2025-01) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the entire lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each year shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
