  Procurement of 792,000 bottles of Milk Supplements for Day Care Children
  
  1. The City Government of Manila, intends to apply the amount of Eighteen Million Two Hundred Sixteen Thousand Pesos (PHP18,216,000.00) from the Other Payables, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), as the maximum allocable sum for disbursement in satisfaction of the obligations arising under the contract for the Procurement of 792,000 bottles of Milk Supplements for Day Care Children for Manila Department of Social Welfare, under ITB No. 2026-03-50. For purposes of procurement compliance and fiscal discipline, any bid submitted with a financial offer exceeding the ABC shall, without need for further evaluation, be forthwith rejected during the bid opening proceedings.
