SOURCE OF FUND: Special Health Fund

1. The Provincial Government of Davao Oriental through the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) intends to apply the sum of THREE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php350,000.00) being the Approved Budget for Contract (ABC) payments under the contract for the Procurement of 700 Pieces ADVOCACY T-SHIRT for Promotional and Advocacy Materials (T-shirts) Bearing Insignia and Health Advocacy Campaigns of Provincial Health and DOPMC. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid opening.
