  PROCUREMENT OF 7,300 CYLINDERS MEDICAL OXYGEN REFILL
  (EARLY PROCUREMENT ACTIVITY/RE-BIDDING)
  
  1) The Provincial Government of Biliran, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Six Million Five Hundred Seventy Thousand Pesos (Php6,570,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of 7,300 Cylinders of Medical Oxygen Refill. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2) The Provincial Government of Biliran now invites bids for the Procurement of 7,300 Cylinders of Medical Oxygen Refill using the Lowest Calculated Bid. Delivery of the Goods is required for three hundred sixty five (365) calendar days or as requested by the End-User.
