1.The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BALINGOAN, through the TRUST FUND intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 200,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of 6 Sets Desktop Computer. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2.The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BALINGOAN now invites bids for Procurement of 6 Sets Desktop Computer. Delivery of the Goods is required 30 days. Bidders should have completed, within five years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
