1. The Provincial Government of Davao Oriental through the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) intends to apply the sum of FIFTEEN MILLION PESOS (Php15,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for Contract (ABC) payments under the contract for the Procurement of 50,000 Bags WELL-MILLED RICE (5 KILOS IN A LAMINATED BAG/SACK) used for Stockpile/Preposition as early preparedness for response (Relief Operations). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid opening.
