The Metro Siquijor Water District (MSWD) through the Bids & Awards Committee (BAC) will be undertaking the procurement of the hereunder project:

Name of Project: Procurement of 500 pcs. 15mm brass water meter for the installation of new service connections and replacement of defective water meters

Approved Budget for the Contract: P500,000.00

Source of Funds: Internal Corporate Funds

Delivery Period: 15 days (Delivery will be at MSWD stockyard. Cost of delivery of materials will be shouldered by the supplier).

Request for Quotation will be distributed through shopping and will be in accordance with the Implementing Rules & Regulations (IRR) of R.A. 9184.

MSWD BAC reserves the right to accept or reject any bid/quotation to annul the bidding process and to reject all bids/quotations at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
