PROCUREMENT OF 3,500 SETS OF
SCOUT RANGER DISTINCTIVE UNIFORM (SRDU)

1. The Philippine Army FY 2025 with Certificate of Fund Chargeability with ASA 3200-2025-0503 dtd 02 July 2025 valid until 31 December 2025 with fund source RA 12116-PS intends to apply the sum of Eight Million Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php8,750,000.00) Procurement of Scout Ranger Distinctive Uniform being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of 3,500 Sets of Scout Ranger Distinctive Uniform (SRDU). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The IMCOM Special Bids and Awards Committee invites bids for the Procurement of 3,500 Sets of Scout Ranger Distinctive Uniform (SRDU). Delivery of the Goods is required (Ninety (90) Calendar Days) from the receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP) by the supplier, which date shall not be later than seven (7) days from the issuance of NTP.
