(THE LEGACY 2024)

1) The OCCIDENTAL MINDORO STATE COLLEGE (OMSC), through the Special Trust Fund - EFIPP F.Y. 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Thirty - Six Thousand One Hundred Twenty Pesos (Php2,536,120.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of 3,337 Copies OMSC Yearbook (The Legacy 2024) under project reference no. OMSC-PBD-GS-2025-16. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The OCCIDENTAL MINDORO STATE COLLEGE (OMSC) now invites bids for the Procurement Activity of the above Procurement Project, in accordance with the provisions of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 12009. Delivery of Goods is required to be completed within 105 calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
