PROCUREMENT OF 300 COPIES OF LITERARY FOLIO AND 18,536 COPIES OF MAGAZINE OF THE STUDENT PUBLICATION FOR ACADEMIC YEAR 2023-2024

1. The OCCIDENTAL MINDORO STATE COLLEGE (OMSC), through the Special Fund FY 2024 intends to apply the sum of One Million Seven Thousand One Hundred Eight Pesos and 76/100 only. (Php1,007,108.76) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of 300 Copies of Literary Folio and 18,536 Copies of Magazine of the Student Publication for Academic Year 2023-2024 with project reference no. B-8661-24-55. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The OCCIDENTAL MINDORO STATE COLLEGE (OMSC) now invites bids for the above project. Delivery period is seventy - five (75) calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
