1. The Caraga Regional Hospital (CRH), through the FY2023 FY2023 GeneraL Appropriation Act (GAA) under SAA NO. 2023-02-0189 and Internally Generated Fund (IGF) intends to apply the sum of being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of TWENY MILLION PESOS ONLY ( PHP 20,000,000.00 ) as to payment under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF MEDICAL EQUIPMENT. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening and items below are subject for a competitive bidding, to wit:
