1. The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office 10, through the Rice Program Funds CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of:
Bid Lot 1: One Hundred Twenty-Five Million Pesos (PHP125,000,000.00)
Bid Lot 2: One Hundred Million Pesos (PHP100,000,000.00)
Bid Lot 3: Fifty-Seven Million Eight Hundred Seventy-Five Thousand Pesos
(PHP57,875,000.00)
being the ABC to payments under the contract for the following:
Bid Lot 1: Procurement of 25,000 Bags Private Hybrid Rice Seeds
Bid Lot 2: Procurement of 20,000 Bags Private Hybrid Rice Seeds
Bid Lot 3: Procurement of 11,575 Bags Private Hybrid Rice Seeds
Bids received in excess of the ABC of each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
